The whole issue of Prop 8 has really pissed me off, and if people actually believe the stupidness that has raided the TV on why Prop 8 should pass needs to get punched in the face and really hard. Use your damn brain, I don’t live in California but if a 19 year old can see the lies and all out childish tactics that the government is using to “trick” people in to thinking that their 10 year old kid is going to come home, and say that they can marry someone of the same sex. Do you have any idea what a child learns at school? Sex, lying, and all sorts of shit parents try hard to keep away from their children. Sorry but believe it or not, thats not even the tip of the iceberg. So to fret that they are going to learn about same sex marriage isn’t the problem, because if they don’t learn it at school they sure as hell will on TV. Also the argument of prop 8 JUST being a issue of defining marriage. ok here is the argument that made me soo pissed.

Proposition 8 – Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.

Its the issue of defining marriage, yet it takes away the rights of Same sex couples who want to marry. Thats the issue that is being fought.

Here is the argument that pissed me off.

A: “Now Gays and Lesbians have the right marry the persons they love. If Prop. 8 passes that right will be eliminated. Therefore, Prop. 8 is certainly about eliminating rights. It is a Gay rights issues.”

B: “prop 8 is a “what is marriage?” issue, which transcends into government infringement on parental and religious rights onto every parent in CA. it has nothing to do with gay rights, because defining the word “marriage” has nothing to do with gay rights–and that’s what prop 8’s about. marriage between man and woman existed long before our country or our state. marriage ought to remain “a union between man and woman.” i’m not lying.”

B: “what about religious freedoms and parental rights which will be violated and, in part, taken away from millions of parents if prop 8 fails? and homosexuals need to re-visit their fight for equality under civil unions and domestic partnerships if rights are what they’re after.”

And i quote her “prop 8 is a “what is marriage?” issue” If its JUST that, then Parental rights, and religious freedom does not count nor fall into the Prop 8.

Americans need to grow the fuck up. Stop acting like little kids and bullying people who are different, what gay and lesbian people do in bed has nothing to do with your life, its not like they are having sex in your front lawn to bitch about it the way most Americans do. If they want to marry then its fine, give them right to have it recognized. Thats all that it is.

the government puts ads about kids on the TV, like they would be affected if prop 8 fails. what about the same sex couples with kids? they don’t count? they won’t be affected?

People don’t think and it makes this country look bad.

The election is pissing me off too, not soo much who’s running, more on the people who are voting. Especially the people voting for McCain. I never heard so many stupid responses as to why Obama shouldn’t win. What makes it soo funny is that its the older people coming up with some stupid shit.

So stupid.

I’m not one to write down my rants, I usually complain to the nearest person. But this is getting out of control, the whole gay issue has been bothering me for a long time now. I’m not religious, and I’m all for Gay rights, marriage, the whole nine. But these religious protesters are making a fool out of themselves. They aren’t proving anything by being the way they are. And if I ever see someone with a sign that says “god hates gays” I’m going to punch them.

He does not TALK or whisper things into your ear. You guys don’t hang out at the nearest starbucks and discuss life, the economy, and whats happening at home. You don’t know him.
